About Us
First and foremost, we believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He died on the cross for our sin, and was raised again on the 3rd day to be seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
UCC Student Ministries began on college campuses in Conway, AR in January of 2006, and is supported by the University church of Christ here in Conway.
We are a ministry that has taken one of the mission statements of Christ in Luke 4:18-19, and are challenged to make that our very own.
Luke 4:18-19
"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free, and that the time of the Lord's favor has come."
We are actively involved in what God has going on in the lives of students. We are in a mission field of 18,000 college students every day and we are encouraged to be a part of delivering the Good News of Jesus.
We have a lot of fun with all sorts of things such as retreats, bible studies, small groups, worship, weekend outings, mission trips, inner city work, conferences, and many more great things that exist to help you encounter the love of God and His people.
We know that the next step on your journey of faith is never easy, but it is necessary. So we are here to help you in what ever way we can.
Testimonials
Cory Estes
"I came to UCA as a believer in Christ, but my walk and actions lacked the faith. As a football player it was easy to brush off biblical lessons and live my own way. At UCC I found guidance and teachings to help grow deeper with Christ at the center of my life. The college ministry has assisted me on my journey in faith, now I walk with Jesus step-by-step."

"UCC Student Ministries is a second family to me. They have given me a
chance to share my faith and experiences with friends and others. For a
long time, college was a giant question mark, and I knew that this
group was at least one door that God had opened up for me. Being a part
of UCC Student Ministries has helped me answer some questions and has
been one of the biggest tools that God has used to keep me on track. I
have gone on to be a church camp counselor and a youth minister intern
in part because of the growth that I have experienced in UCC Student
Ministries. This group is one of many blessings that God has given me
and a stepping stone on my way to a greater knowledge of Him."

"I started attending UCC Student Ministries around July 2009 and has impacted me and my
life in ways that are hard to explain in words. When I walked in the
door for the first time I was amazed at all the warm hearted and loving acceptance, I felt like I had finally found my home and that I was
accepted for who I was rather than outcast. Every Wednesday, after
service I am reassured UCC is my home and amazed at that nights message
and how God speaks through Seth. Really, the only way of truly
expressing how UCC has impacted me and my life is that there is no
where I would rather be, and no other group of people I would rather be
with. I love each and everyone of them as though they were my family!"
